We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Communication and Campaigns Copywriter to join our Creative Campaigns team at GRIT Marketing Studio. This role is crucial in developing innovative campaign concepts, compelling brand narratives, and engaging messaging strategies across multiple platforms for 360° advertising campaigns.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop creative concepts and rationales for integrated marketing campaigns
- Create compelling brand narratives and messaging strategies that align with client objectives
- Write engaging copy for various advertising formats including billboards, digital screens, and commercials
- Craft scripts for commercial and advertising content
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging across all campaign touchpoints
- Utilize AI tools to enhance creative processes and content development
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards

This position reports directly to the Communication and Creative Campaigns Manager and offers the opportunity to shape compelling brand narratives and innovative campaign concepts while working with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in advertising copywriting and campaign development
- Proven track record of successful 360° advertising campaigns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools
- Proficiency in project management platforms
- Advanced English language skills for international client communications
- Experience in script writing and commercial content development
- Strong presentation design and storytelling abilities for client pitches
- Experience creating compelling keynotes and client-facing materials
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with brand strategy development
- Knowledge of current advertising trends and technologies
- Understanding of different advertising platforms and formats
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
